Salary (£36,133 – £38,843) + Pension + Flexible Working

Mersey Gateway Crossings Board ltd. is the organization responsible for the day to day management of the two companies that deliver the Mersey Gateway Project; Merseylink oversee the maintenance and operation of the bridge; and Merseyflow manage the tolling of the bridge.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person who will work with all stakeholders to review and improve communications with partner organisations and customers. Working closely with Merseyflow and Merseylink, you will adopt a continuous improvement approach to reviewing their customer focused processes and procedures to ensure a better customer journey.
